All requests for services, appointments, and closing dates are subject to confirmation and availability. We reserve the right to accept or decline any request in our sole discretion.

3. Payments

3.1 Fees and Charges
 Fees for Services will be disclosed to you in writing prior to or at closing. You agree to pay all fees and charges in a timely manner, as provided on your settlement statement, invoice, or fee agreement.

3.2 Accepted Forms of Payment
 We accept major credit/debit cards, cashier’s checks, wire transfers, and other payment methods as specified in our closing instructions.

3.3 Cancellation Policy
 If you need to cancel or reschedule a closing appointment, please contact us at least 4 hours in advance. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
